La intervenci\u00f3n de la Psiquiatr\u00eda en los \u00e1mbitos legales<\/strong> es cada vez m\u00e1s frecuente; no obstante  se mantiene a\u00fan ausente en muchos procesos en los que la determinaci\u00f3n de los estados mentales, de los s\u00edntomas y trastornos psiqui\u00e1tricos y psicol\u00f3gicos y de las secuelas ps\u00edquicas son determinantes.<\/p>\n
